About Me:

Ross Steckelberg works as a Secondary Marketing Analyst and personal Mortgage Banker at Alliance Financial Resources in Phoenix, Arizona.  Having grown up in Iowa he prides himself in strong Midwest values instilled in him since he was born such as Honesty, Integrity, and Service.  After speaking to Ross and getting to know him you will quickly realize he genuinely cares about each and every person's situation and will do everything he can to keep you as a client for life.    

Philosophy:

Ross believes the role as your Mortgage Banker is to guide every client through the complete mortgage process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the loan process.

Eight years of experience still is not enough to keep up with all the daily changes our industry is currently experiencing.  A wide variety of continuing education and training helps Ross deliver high quality services to his customers and clients.  Ross is consistently funding loans for his clients that other loan officers and companies were not able to close due to lack of experience and simply not knowing how to structure the loan.

Because mortgage transactions don't stick to regular business hours, I am available seven days a week, often coming in early and staying as late as necessary to get the job done.
